Accounting and Bookkeeping Services

Our accounting services are the perfect solution for companies that do not have a full-time accountant on staff. Having the necessary tools for making the most of your important financial decisions is key in your success.

In many instances, clients prefer to contract most of the accounting function to us. They feel that the additional cost per hour is justified because they know that they can get experienced accountants, competent help, avoid employee liability, training and other payroll costs and increase the confidentiality in their small businesses.

We also have clients that perform substantially all of their base line accounting work in-house. Other than special engagements, we may not see them until the end of the year.

The majority of them, however, are somewhere in between a fully employed and fully contracted accounting function. It is these clients that we are speaking to about the optimal mix of services, whether performed in our offices by our accountants or on-site.

Our accounting services being offered do not require state licensing. For services that require licensing under the State of California, we work with a local San Francisco based firm of Certified Public Accountants who perform any necessary functions for our clients requiring these services.
