Basic – Key Components

Provides narrative analysis and graphs containing industry comparisons:

  • Liquidity: generally, what is the company’s ability to meet obligations as they come due?
  • Profits and profit margin: are profitability trends favorable in the company?
  • Sales: are sales growing and satisfactory?
  • Borrowing: is the company borrowing profitably?
  • Assets: is the company using gross-fixed assets effectively?
  • Employees: is the company hiring effectively?

Basis Plus – Key Components

Basic Plus is the next level up from the Basic report. This report adds ratio analysis, but does not have a full complement of industry comparisons for each ratio. Great for businesses with no clear industry match because the analysis emphasizes the comparison between prior period and current period performance.

Extreme-Key Components

This report is a level up from the Basic Plus report and is the most complete report to be used in evaluating your business. Where data is available, this report includes specific industry comparisons for payroll, rent, and advertising expenses. Use this report when analyzing a business for which you prepare financial statements.

    One of our most detailed reports; used for audit and review documentation and analysis. Helps comply with SAS No. 103, SAS No. 56, SSARS No. 10, and AICPA documentation.

    Requirements and Guidelines

    A more detailed report, with comprehensive analysis including text, graphs, trend and ratio analysis, detailed industry comparisons, and an analytical procedures documentation worksheet. This report can be used to save significant time in the initial and final analytical procedures process.

    Public Sector

    A 2-4 page report that objectively analyzes publicly-traded companies. Use this report to evaluate the financial performance of publicly-traded companies that do not receive extensive coverage by analysts.

    Analyst – Key Components

    Analytical reporting perfect for deeper financial analysis and more granular forecasting. Forecast from historical numbers, using both trend analysis and data regression techniques.
